In light of the recent outbreak of the COVID-19 coronavirus, we would like to assure you that our software, systems and customer service will continue as normal.
We have implemented our company policy designed for situations like these and all members of staff are now fully briefed and operational within this policy.
This includes the ability to work from home or isolated areas and replicate exactly the same level of duty and service provided from the office.
PSL’s distribution centres are open and operating normally, albeit with reduced staffing levels. We have measures in place to protect our employees whilst maximising efficiency and reducing risk.
PSL recognise that our customers have different needs, so your PSL sales representative and internal support will work with you individually to clarify your requirements and agree on measures to ensure your orders are delivered in the necessary time frames.
